Aromas of red currants and cherries
Sweetness balanced by the acidity of the macerated berries that provides a light and fresh mid palate but with a pleasant and long-lasting finish.
This mead is ideal to drink cold like a rosé wine, accompanying a light meal, such as pâtés, soft cheeses, grilled fish, pasta. It can also be taken alone, as a prelude to a romantic evening.
